I do everything asked of me yet I'm paid less this year than the previous year. Given no opportunities to advance. Cant accomplish my professional goals.

Raises have gotten delayed and when it's just a cost of living raise, ti's not a real raise.

There are often negative comments towards our team from management and there has been little reward for work above and beyond normal job duties. Appreciation and reward for hard work for all levels of staff would go a long way.
