Making company goals more clear and being more transparent about the financial health of the company. It's very clear that we're trying to stay positive, but truthfully, it doesn't seem like the business is doing well.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
It's not necessarily that my coworkers have anything to improve upon, but it's more so that I don't think our personalities all mesh very well. I'd say I'm by far the most progressive personality in my department, and others are fairly conservative, which puts personal differences on the table.

The DEI committee is the best part of this company; the fact that a corporation like ours is taking a stance and wanting to change the workplace to be more equitable and fair is really impressive and honorable.
