WorkForce Software continues to be a rewarding path for me. Over these many years, I've seen lots of changes, all mostly good. There are times with changes the value is not for the worker bees but for the BOD.

Overall my experiences have been great. I enjoy the work I do and each day I address with a smile and dedication to do my absolute best. I'm proud to represent WorkForce Software. At a moments notice, I will always try to make a sale. It is my desire to live out my work life with WFS.

Need to listen to the little people who are in the trenches
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't think undervalued is a great word maybe not fully considered.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I'm a remote worker and thrive in this environment - no disruptions and can do my own thing.
What makes you most happy at work?
The sense of accomplishment that I've done the best each and every day to support the goals of WFS.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to convey my message on WorkForce Software, having a great conversation with a prospect and providing a strong pipeline for my Account Executives.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
As far as salary and benefits I'm quite satisfied. With respect to comp plan less than desirable. Achievable goals and outlining and/or detailing specific situations on how BDM's are paid.
