
WorkForce Software continues to be a rewarding path for me. Over these many years, I've seen lots of changes, all mostly good. There are times with changes the value is not for the worker bees but for the BOD.

As far as salary and benefits I'm quite satisfied. With respect to comp plan less than desirable. Achievable goals and outlining and/or detailing specific situations on how BDM's are paid.
