The interviewing manger was very casual and personable.

Communication, training, team-building, education, incentives

They need to understand we all have a job to do and if they don't want to do the job at XPO they should go somewhere else
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The people think everyone is out to get them. They need to grow up and learn that work is not always fun but we can make it as good or bad as we want
