The variety, and characters building the team as a whole.
What makes you most happy at work?
I enjoy what it brings, the ways I can develop both personnaly and profesionally

I like the values they set and how the are for everyone, from the top to the bottom.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Unsure, its split, some are positive, others negative. I try to say hello and smile, no matter what position the person is in.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
You should be trained for a job, not be a student of many and master of nothing. My personal process involved me knowing all about the machinery, process and people but not good enough for the job. So an external got the job, who knew nothing about the role, I had to learn him hmmm
