Holding all employees accountable for their actions. There are too may safety and performance shortcomings that get ignored every day.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
A real dedication to employee safety instead of lip service that management cares about safety. After that hold employees accountable for doing their assigned tasks instead of forcing certain employees to pick up the slack.
