Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
A number of associates above me seem to only strive for mediocracy. I feel my skills and knowledge would be better served in an advanced position at a pay rate free on gender inequalities. XPO can be great, with a mindful staff dedicated to upholding the integrity of the organization.
