Close the entire organization immediately.

Everything. Completely rehire Exec. Team and reset all structures and models. Complete overhaul.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Commission structure worst I've ever seen! Impossible for Jr. Sales Reps to make respectable money.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
No transparency. And recruiters don't respect you're schedule. So many calls before 6 AM.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Horrible. They don't care about their people at all. People are just tools to them - nothing else.
