Too driven for results at the expense of employees. Shaving expenses for a buck regardless of what that means for employees.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I was being paid less than people who had less workload and responsibility. I was also paid less than folks with the same job title and responsibilities while I had excellent reviews every year.
