What do you like best about the leadership team?
My local leadership (SCM) has been a great asset since coming to UBG in January of 2021.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love what I do for XPO. Regardless of the favoritism amongst former Conway employees, I still enjoy what I do and will keep moving forward.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Less micromanaging and more benefits towards the freight operations supervisors' that are doing the job daily. Most FOS' will go above an beyond with the correct motivation and recognition.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We focus and recognize our local team. We know our local operation is strong and will always try to be successful even with the goals we have been given for our local service center.
