What are some of the best things about your team?
Rarely have I met a more cohesive and thought diverse team that has been aimed at the same goal.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Personal connection and availability in general. I can speak personally from inside the industry I have had more time and connectivity with my leadership time at XPO then any prior organization I've worked for
What makes you most happy at work?
Knowing that I will never have a repeated day even when my task alignment is similar (which is rare in itself). I am both listened to and consulted on various items which is an added benefit and increases the value I feel here
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I marked yes on this as I do believe comp is fair but not outstanding. There is definitely room to improve general comp as we enter an increasingly tight employment market. That being said, best part is certainly the variable income tied to our division performance.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I personally appreciate how vocal our executive team is regarding large issues that impact not only the company but our global culture in general from diversity to veteran affairs. If leadership continues to stay on top of these items, it will trickle through the rest of the org.
