The diversity between employees and how everyone meshes so well together.

Communication is key with our team! The respect we show for each other is outstanding!

When each person does their part then it alleviates the stress in our fast pace environment.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

My manager Arthur Waddell is quick to respond, gives daily updates, and cares about work-life balance while getting the job done!

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I think that the sales assistant role should either be salary or should get a higher percentage of the total revenue when having two assistants. We should each get our 1% instead of splitting it. Also, the rate per hour should be higher. Fast food employees get paid more per hour than I do.
