Effort and engagement of the team. Enthusiasm fluctuates, but most bring a full and honest effort every day. There are several overachievers sprinkled throughout the organization.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Properly staffed at all service centers, holding all associates accountable to performance, invest more in local events to bring teams together outside of work to become a team.

What makes you most happy at work?

Making a difference for the people I lead. Leading effective, positive change. Creating a sustainable, profitable business model that is a desirable place to work. Exceeding expectations.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

The ability to "own" it and acknowledge when mistakes are made and taking actions to address problems. Also, creating a culture of calm and confidence in turbulent times, pushing for excellence and doing what they can to react to a changing environment.
