From the onset, it was clearly stated, we have too small of a rented location to operate safely and efficiently. Yes we are profitable regularly, but the condition for customer presentation is embarrassing.
What are some of the best things about your team?
all goal oriented and strive for success despite our shoddy facility that should be 2x the size to improve our efficiencies drastically more.
What makes you most happy at work?
When my linehaul team is current and G shipments aren't all too late to be worked into our understaffed plan to deliver on time.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Too many 800 #'s for all the different benefit groups. Too much waiting on hold only to find out that you need to be calling another # or transferred again.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
listen to us. It is a well known fact that we operate in a dump for 10K a month that does not even compare to what our competitors are building and currently using.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Since joining in late 2019, we are doing what we can to keep our SIC as profitable as possible, but feel we could be doing much better if the upper layers of our company would do something about the poor size of our facility.
