I feel that we in sales are micromanaged to death and they do not value me as an individual. We set up[ protocols that make us all the same robot. Bonus program is very fair. Base pay is a little low.
Very smart well balanced team. Not all LAE's are equal to this team across company. We are lucky in my area. I realize we have people that cannot hack it, even in leadership positions and that is where the micromanagement comes from.
