In the beginning it was great but as the year has progressed from our onboarding it has gone progressively down hill, we don't really get that much communication from management; we are kept in the dark about the "new" facility they are building us as well.

Company if very inclusive, which is a great direction to be heading.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
More support from management, I am burned out they know it; they also need to could use some help and have known this for over a year and I still don't have it.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Am the only one at my site that can do my job and am constantly farmed out to our customer to assist with projects that they should have internal teams for. What would make me feel better about my compensation is getting more of it; need significant raise to keep doing this solo.
