I like working with XPO. However, the company needs to show more values for the employees with higher achievements and those who always go above and beyond. The company also needs to show care for those who has been with the company over 5, 10, 15 + years and reward then with higher incentive/salary

Our site is very safety focussed and work friendly culture.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team stands out and always perform better than rest of the teams in our operation. The associates are trained to be safety focussed and goal oriented.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I believe XPO need to start giving incentive to their employees. Also, when promoting an internal candidate to the next level position, why the pay is minimum? The employee hired from outside of the company, always got better pay as compared with the internal promotions. This really impact on morals
