I've been able to go from temp to dockworker to hostler to driver. I've seen my service center be #1 in the company to the bottom thru changes that failed. Leadership that rotates in & tries the same failures with hope "their" way will work. I am embarrassed with all the damaged & lost freight.

Pension and 100% paid health insurance like competitors.

Our SCM although hands seems to be tied clearly cares about our operation.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Bring back pension plans and 100% paid health insurance. Retain seniority when transferring.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Dockworkers are not subject to random U.A.'s, constantly damage lifts, trailers and the freight. XPO needs to focus on damage free more than speed. Drivers that are licensed to conceal carry should be allowed while driving into dangerous towns like Portland.
