I think XPO is great I enjoy being apart of this company, but I struggle with working for direct leaders that manage through fear and intimidation to get results. I feel like need to bite my tongue to avoid automatic confrontation regardless of the severity of the situation limiting my opinions I/G

I'd say Job security in general
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They respond timely with action to a changing market. Intent seems to be genuine
What makes you most happy at work?
My Team, and creating a winning culture that people want to be apart of.
