I enjoyed it when I first started I had help with things, now I have been here 8 months and expected to know everything balance 3 contracts with being under staffed sub standard equipment and a ethos that you have to get it done otherwise you will be dealt with harshly. Not impressed with XPO

The team work from the guys in the RDC they pull together when under extreme pressure

Not enough proper training your left to get on with it and expected to know what your doing
What are some of the best things about your team?
They work very hard for the company and apart from myself they never get a thank you for higher management
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The job I do is a managers role not a supervisor role and only get paid a supervisors salary, too much put upon you to do in a working day not achievable. The company benefits not explained to staff so they do not know what they can get and what they cant
