Team work, collaberation, communication and being left to manager most of the time
What are some of the best things about your team?
Team work, looking out for each other and their experience and job / customer knowledge
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Working with my team locally and individuals within the business unit leadership team, great team work and support
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The salary isn't competitive for location and I pay far too much tax on a car I didn't choose originally
