From around the world social media perspective XPO looks a very good place to work, however there are areas of the business who do not hold the Respectful and Inclusive values set out, this unfortunately is not making my experience very good at the moment, hopefully things improve.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Being new to XPO I cannot yet comment on this.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Through workplace you see a lot of positivity around the Country at other sites, there doe not appear to be the same positivity around our site.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We all work together as a team through the good and not so good times, there is loyalty and respect for each other within our immediate team.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My Line Manager proactively supports the needs of those who report in to him while ensuring the needs of the business are also met. However I can not say the same of the leadership team above my Line Manager, there is nothing best I like about them.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
There has been a lack of support for our team since the current Leadership team took over back on August 2019. They need to back up their promises made to resolve issues and provide support to grow the department . We have lost 2 Key team members in a short period with no action taken to retain them
