prescription plan and physician availability
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Attitude and culture start at the top. The leadership needs to do a better job of bringing the group together and working for a common goal.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Many have little to no work ethic. They would need to be willing to want to change. Several seem to have checked out long ago and are here only for a paycheck.
