It has been good to keep routine & work through the pandemic interacting with the customer & colleagues. It would have been nice to have received some recognition through that time though for all working colleagues on site for their commitment & dedication

to be paid a fair wage for the job completed & paid for overtime. Would be nice to have some perks along the way - customer discounts
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The environment has been vastly improved over the last 12 months making it a nicer place to work. The office space is very nice & a pleasure to work in now
