XPO has good people and provides a good service but needs improvement in a lot of areas like Customer Service, AR, Operational performance/accountability. It's my belief that Operations personnel are not held to the same standards as sales.

Visiting with my customers makes me most happy.

Professional nature of most associates
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Realistic goal setting would be a start, more voice in goal setting vs top down driven goal setting.
