XPO is a great place to work, the KN transfer went Ok but the variations in T&C's are concerning but hopefully this will be sorted within the rest of this year. The company culture is great and the opportunities are excellent.
What makes you most happy at work?
I really enjoy the work I undertake for XPO and the people I work with, plus there culture is really positive
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The XPO culture is far more open and positive when compared to KN, there isn't a blame culture and XPO is far more collaborative and the XPO Uni is brilliant
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Being ex KN we are on worse T&C's when compared to equivalent role to XPO employees, car allowances differ by thousands of pounds & people in equivalent roles get paid up to £10
What are some of the best things about your team?
I really enjoy my role and I enjoy working for XPO and all my colleagues but working for less than my colleagues is a concern but overall I really enjoy XPO and its far better than KN ever was.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team do communicate really well but I have transferred from KN to XPO and if I'm honest myself & colleagues all still feel like outsiders, XPO has been very welcoming but when it comes to doing the work the ex KN people are overlooked or ignored, just seems like we are not wanted
