The Logistics sector boomed during covid year 2020 and we remained open the entire time yet it was used as an excuse to not give yearly pay increases for our individual performance from 2019.

The company is not realistic in the peer or industry comparisons for salaries. IT staff are underpaid and technical certifications or security clearances are not taken into consideration for compensation.
