I think that to many of my coworkers are stuck in their ways or position. In my opinion this has caused them to not be as driven. In turn this negativity impacts all other areas
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I have been passed up on numerous positions of advancement even though i have been told i am vital in the success in the current role i hold. This has caused me to lose trust and faith in the company
