Despite the challenges, my experience has been great. Everyone at the "ground level" seems to get it and have pulled together to combat the issues. Upper management seems very disconnected from what is going on and our SalesOps Department is terrible. They just make stuff up as they go along.

We are all on the same page and help each other, when needed.

I can make a lot of money, if we can get the service back to retain and grow the business.

I work for a very dynamic and diverse company and that makes it very comfortable and exciting for me to be a part of.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love working with my customers and my coworkers. It has been very challenging, lately, but the people are great and that's the rewarding part of it.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Too many leaders and not a clear enough plan to fix service. I love my job and I love working for XPO, but some of the executive leadership seem to be out of touch with what is going on at ground level.
