I love my job, the people I work with directly. The pay is decent. I just cannot work for a company who makes one size fits all decisions forcing everyone back to the office when WFH was the best thing they did for productivity.

My team is full of kind, hardworking people, many of whom have become close friends outside of work.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Allow work-from-home. Productivity went up during COVID with everyone working from home, but leadership insists on us coming back to the office 5 days a week and won't give a valid reason beyond "we miss you", which is complete BS.
