My team is full of kind, hardworking people, many of whom have become close friends outside of work.
Allow work-from-home. Productivity went up during COVID with everyone working from home, but leadership insists on us coming back to the office 5 days a week and won't give a valid reason beyond "we miss you", which is complete BS.
