Have been with XPO for 4yrs & is one of the best companies I have worked for. I would like to maintain some hybrid working once back in the office to continue with the better work/life balance. I have been doing more (unpaid) hours whilst working from home which I won't be able to if travelling

Virtually everyone is friendly, don't look down on you as "just admin", value your help and guidance, friendly team

Friendly, approachable to all levels of staff, communicate well, stay in touch, committed, make you feel valued as a member of staff
