What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Appreciating the work we do for them and reward us accordingly.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

There is no change in the way management works and how the colleagues are treated. Make the management accountable for all their empty promises.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I don't get the opportunities to grow within the business and a proper pay rise would help with compensation satisfactory level. Also working extra miles and through Covid should be rewarded.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Level of English language knowledge is below any minimum requirements. You can't explain what is needed and there is no way to have any conversation with coworkers as they don't understand basic English.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Company needs to have proper auditing system that will make the management think twice before making incompetent decisions that affect out everyday work. People need to be vetted and given pre employment tests to make sure they have language understanding. Stop taking credit for other work!
