My experience has been mostly positive. I have lucked out and work for an amazing manager who appreciates what I do and challenges me to be better and gives me opportunity. I wish accountability was pushed heavier on shared services.

No one pulls rank, its a team environment.

My team is invested in the goals of our BU.
What makes you most happy at work?
Knowing that hard work is appreciated and does not go unrecognized
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love my BU leadership team. Knowledgable, personable and appreciative. My BU is laser focused on our 3 year plan. I'm not as sold on XPO executive leadership. Other than the GXO spin, i don't know what our vision is.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Shared services don't have the upside that sales roles do. One is revenue generating while the other is not. Get it. But it doesn't change the fact that share services are doing the job they were hired for and many times exceed expectations. Upside is never even close to as lucrative.
