I like my position and working for XPO. I am very happy being able to work from home currently and I'm sad that upper management is trying to make us go back into the office. I feel that it will make me feel more anxiety/stress towards my job.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't feel valued as a mom and wife. Let us work from home so we can have a better work/life balance.
What makes you most happy at work?
Right now, being able to be home while also working. I am eating healthier, moving more, interacting more through meetings, etc. Let us work from home.
