I feel like my education is far more advanced than most my coworkers and the permanent people have good wages because they were grandfathered in from other companies. I do the same job just as well at minimum as my coworker and they were grandfathered. They get paid at least $3 more dollars/hour

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There are a lot of turnover because people are finding jobs where they are paid more, have better work/life ration, and room to move up. The 1 year transfer rule stinks! I can't afford to stay at the wages I am earning for more than a year.
