Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't believe 3% increase for base salary is feasible in today's market. I've been a high performer these past two years but my base salary reflects that I'm an average analyst. I do appreciate the bonuses /spiffs. But I wish I could have a little bit more on the base salary compared to market
