Overall, it's a good place to work. I wish senior leadership would take more time getting to know our people. We have a great team, but need to value our team. We place results well above our people, that is not sustainable.

Variable comp package, but wish it were paid monthly instead of quarterly.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people enjoy working together. Once Sr. Leadership is involved, this changes the attitude of all for the worse.
