It used to be awesome. Then we changed into a do your job, don't have an opinion and you can't color with the wrong crayon. People who aren't here day to day are telling me how I can and can't host a meeting. Last Mile President is a goober. So it starts with him but it effects us negatively.

Their attention to detail. Their willingness to help and get things done.

The culture that I built is great. Outside of my area, it is less than desirable.

Be consistent and do YOUR job. Why are things left in limbo for years with clients.

I enjoy when I can do my job. Be the leader I was hired to be and no one is meddling
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
CEO makes millions. It takes 7 different people to approve someone at $17/ hour? It's my business but everyone needs to have an opinion?
