I like the fact they communicate well, but I think the leadership team should spend more time with the workforce
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We need a more robust pay structure as i within a site usually work 24 hours 7 days as the site requires this, as this is as it operates and there is an expectation to cover this
