I appreciate working from home since March 2020 due to the pandemic. I know that things here recently have gotten crazy as some people have resigned their positions leaving more work and having to cover other markets. Only way to keep me here longer is a big boost in pay. I could make 15 at McD's

They try to reward us with food and verbal praise

Everyone is pretty chill for the most part. Everyone pitches in to work.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
We are short staffed at the moment due to workers quitting because of the pandemic
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Working hard through the pandemic and being with XPO for two years, I've only managed to get a .51 cent raise based on my performance which I know it was a 3.5 out of 4. Most companies have their employees making over 40 grand. I make less than that. I wish the pay increases would be greater.
