I got to learn a lot of things in this company. Working environment is good, Gaming zone, and many other things has been provided by the company In terms of Employee benefits I am bit not satisfied. I hope so it will be improved in future. (No Covid funds allocated for Employees)

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
2020 was the worst year for the world. In 2020 merit increment has not happened. We were expecting that in 2021 we will receiving pretty good merit increment but it has not happened. No Covid relief fund was allocated for employees.
