Working with coworkers from everywhere in France and being able to pay them a visit (very occasionnaly but still possible if well-argumented)
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Open communication Knowing clearly where we are going Stopping hiring executive to new roles where we don't even know what they do and being closer to the operations Process of selling XPO than dividing XPO & GXO - too long, tiring
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The Transport Legal Convention isn't very attractive (paid leaves, working hour conditions...) Benefits and salary very different in XPO even when you work in the same country (ex: XPO Distribution has a lot of benefits like a bonus nearly equivalent to a 13th month of paid salary)
