My experience has mixed emotions. Right from a very open and dynamic company where a lot of work and opportunities were given to no opportunities for the last 2 yrs. This is particularly because of some ego clashes at the top which lead to no new work transition even after all the promises.

The culture is very positive because of the team and we keep a positive environment.

The way they rise up to any occasion be it celebration or urgency of work or help to other teams.

I leave to work with an intention to conquer one problematic area, be it in my team or my peers.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
In india, xpo certainly falls in one of the lowest paid and doesn't pay Fairly. I think there is a need to do a revision for many.
