I like XPO. I fear that the move to force people back into the office will push good people to other companies that may provide the flexibility that XPO is taking away.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The company seems to be heading in a good direction overall.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people (below a certain level of management). Upper management seems disconnected from the employees.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The way we have interacted remotely and still have been successful. I enjoy collaborating with them but to me it's not necessary to do in person.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
My desire to spend more money on fuel, clothes, etc has long faded during the pandemic. I, along with many others, now enjoy working remotely and I do not look forward to returning full time to the office.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Without a doubt...working from home. Especially as the cost of everything, especially fuel, is on the rise. This while the company is seeing record profits. Employees will unnecessarily have to spend more just to work for the same paycheck.
