My career progression has been better within XPO than any other company I've worked for in the last 20 years but it does feel that we do not have the correct balance to mentor and support newly promoted team members as I've seen in my experience.

The fast paced environment and the autonomy to do what I need to do for the company and the customer.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
A better package to be in line with the market place for the responsibility I have. Benefits portal isn't great despite a large number of options available.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The feedback from the leadership team is consistent and we have the option to be part of a quarterly business update and ask questions on any topics we feel would be appropriate in an open forum.
