About three and a half years with the company and although all promises with regards to pay (increases are very low), benefits and promotional not kept the atmosphere is good and experience acknowledged.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
No health plan which is very unusual in Irish industry. Pension plan is also weak (3% contribution) and falls below what I personally had been on elsewhere and was promised when commencing with XPO
What do you like best about the leadership team?
We work as a small team in unison and operate together well. We are however working under the UK branch who may not totally understand the operations of Global Forwarding. Rates of pay are also low for the experience and work put into the company by some employees and lower than industry standards
