It is work, and it is OK. sometimes fun sometimess less fun. I am working with a great team that is what counts for me. culture has changed in the last years for the better where we support each other more in the tasks and goals we need to achieve.

Open and Direct communication, respectfull towards all levels of the organisation.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Repeat :) Open and direct respectfull communication where feedback is received and given in a good way. As well as discussion are being done with respect towards each other. with the willingness to change for the better
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I could do the same/ a similar job at another company an get paid 10 to 15% more. However I did not make that step due to fun and constructive way of working in my team(s). and willingness to change the future for the better
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
XPO sells Innovation, however our IT dept. can't keepup with the pace of XPO. If we would create better/bigger IT dept locally to support the local needs e.g. have 1 or 2 WMS for compl. region and quick an easy way to implement like our competition. INVEST in IT with collaboration on OPS strategy
