Overall, good. There are too many layers of "Management", most have no idea what it actually takes to get the job done. They inject themselves to feel valuable with no benefit to the business yet take credit for the work of others. It is becoming increasingly difficult to reward those doing the work

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Too much of my compensation is from bonuses and other incentives which are arbitrary and not based on actual performance
