The pace is fast, I also push myself to be fast. The support functions of IT, HR, Compensation, Recruiting is like pulling a tugboat to keep pace with the operation. This is where I spend most of my day. We need all wages and benefits reviewed as the competitors seem to be ahead of us.

Safety culture is like none other I have seen. That itself brings positivity to the culture.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being appreciated for what I do. Knowing that my leadership has my back. That my voice is heard.

I can say that everyone puts in the hours. Its hard to complain when they are also in the trenches with you!
What are some of the best things about your team?
Again, everyone puts in the hours. We might not see eye to eye. But we are all in it to win it.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I know I am underpaid to the market rate for my position. If I came external right now, I would be paid higher. Thats not right. Market is changing fast and our market rate analysis needs to move with it. We have done great things for hourly. But salary has been working just as hard, if not more
