Its the worst. Fear of loosing a job without any fair warning any point of time; i wont recommend any of my friend to join this company as there is no job security; no growth opportunities and promotion for existing tenured employees rather people are getting hired from outside (same experience)

Better communication (open & transparent); more growth opportunities and promotion of existing tenured employees rather than hiring it from outside ; performance evaluation before firing anyone or in general;

Helpful, different skillsets of people within the team which comes in handy as we are always open to feedback and suggestions for process improvement and have open discussion how to make the process better and streamlined
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
No promotion and growth opportunities for tenured employees in FSS ; No proper evaluation of performance and fair rewards and recognition ; FSS management is ineffective in motivating people and fire/hire people which put fears for those who works here without fair warning or performance evaluation

Retaining tenured employees ; no growth opportunities ; always a fear of getting fired here and loose our jobs at any time; no transparency ; no proper channel of communication ; FSS management is ineffective in motivating people here to do better job and fire/hire people as it pleases them
